The island state of Cuba is located in the Caribbean Sea and has about 12 million inhabitants, of which about 2.1 million live in the capital, Havana. The Cuban government has decided to increase the share of renewable energies to 24 % by 2030, plus 6 % from wind power.

Cuba has a high wind power potential, 21 zones have been identified, with the strongest winds blowing in the south-east. According to the Government's National Action Plan, 633 MW of wind energy is to be installed by 2030. For this purpose, 13 new onshore wind farms will be added. The state is also the land owner and provides suitable land for 25 years.

Here, too, our planner was able to secure an area with around 130 MW of wind power and also close the corresponding land contracts, so the project is ready for construction.

Cuba still has great potential and here too, are looking for a suitable Investor.

   

Der Inselstaat Kuba liegt in der Karibischen See und hat rund 12 Millionen Einwohner, wovon rund 2,1 Millionen in der Hauptstadt Havanna leben. Die kubanische Regierung hat beschlossen, bis 2030 den Anteil an Erneuerbaren Energien auf 24 % ansteigen zu lassen, zusätzlich 6 % aus der Windkraft.

Kuba verfügt über ein hohes Windkraft-Potential, es wurden 21 Zonen bestimmt, wobei im Süd-Osten die stärksten Winde wehen. Laut nationalem Aktionsplan der Regierung sollen bis 2030 noch 633 MW Windenergie installiert werden. Zu diesem Zweck werden 13 neue Onshore-Windpark zugebaut. Der Staat ist auch der Grundstückseigentümer und stellt geeignete Flächen für 25 Jahre zur Verfügung.   

Auch hier konnte unser Planer ein Gebiet mit rund 130 MW Windkraft-Leistung sichern und auch die entsprechenden Grundstücksverträge schließen, das Projekt ist somit baureif.

Kuba hat noch großes Potential und auch hier suchen einen geeigneten Investor als Partner.
